She is smart, very smart, creative and responsive. When she says she thinks outside the box she nails it. She sold our home at the price we wanted and made it easy for us, addressing every concern that came up, including suggestions on roofers when the home we were selling was damaged by a bad storm. Then she helped us purchase and manage the construction of our current home which was yet to be build. Molly acted as our agent when we were out of town during the construction. Her communication sills are excellent and her integrity unparalleled. We trusted her every step of the way. We highly recommend her and she will be the only realtor we work with in the future.
